Sport and exercises have always been my cup of tea. Back in school I was craving to be the best in running, climbing a rope, doing push- and press-ups. I always wanted to have a strong, healthy and muscled body. Why am i writing this short preamble? This is to confess that for 5 years i felt myself not very happy. I lost my spark of energy. I racked my brain over it and just about a week ago strolling with my dogs i resorted to a self-coaching session ruminating on the reason why I dragged myself into feeling down in the dumps for so long, wallowing in self-pity. This time I decided to record myself speaking to an iPhone voice recorder. I was remembering the days when I feel ultimate and those were the days when I had my regular practice of yoga and went to gym and studied all that anatomy things and identified myself as a sporty gal and a person who is a real trainer. Those days were terrific. When I jumped into the studying of psychology and coaching, yoga and all that stuff dwarfed somehow. On top of that some shitty things happened to me I totally lost this connection. More mistakes creeped into my mind, and i was beating myself up that i am no longer a good yoga trainer anymore but still do not have therapeutical sessions as much as i wanted to. I don't want to underestimate my psychological education and my personal work. It yielded lot of results! It paved my way into my new conscious way of living and saw and still see me through tough moments of my life. But during a few years I’ve been struggling to build my career on transformational coaching loosing my roots and connection with my major identity without noticing this . That was a huge insight i got during self-coaching strolling with my voice recorder. I am giving myself a pat on the back for that. That was a blast! As I said I still admire all the psychology stuff and continue to read books, to reflect a lot on my personal issues and work on personal development with a therapist. But I am back to my roots, to my base. Now I feef myself more vibrant and have many aspirations for the future and eager to make a mark here. I am 46, soon-to-be 47 and I feel great and I wanna blaze a trail for the women like me to build their strong, healthy bodies. Some drastic changes are ahead. I am really zealous and I'll go a long way there.
